General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between [company name] (hereinafter we or us) and our customers (hereinafter customer or you) in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. 2. Conclusion of contract 2.1. The presentation of our goods and services does not constitute a binding offer on our part. The contract text is not saved by us after the contract has been concluded and is not accessible to the customer. However, you have the option of printing out the contract terms or saving them electronically before sending the order. 3. Prices and payment terms 3.1. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. 3.2. Payment is made at the customer's discretion by advance payment, PayPal, credit card or another payment method offered by us. 4. Delivery 4.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. 4.2. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery period is approximately [insert delivery period] working days after receipt of payment. 5. Right of withdrawal 5.1. Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the UK Civil Code (BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal. 5.2. Our liability for breaches of contractual obligations and tortious acts is limited to intent and gross negligence. Excluded from this are damages resulting from injury to the life, body or health of the customer, claims due to the violation of essential contractual obligations and liability under the Product Liability Act. 7. Data protection 7.1. We only collect and process personal data of the customer within the framework of the statutory provisions. 7.2. The law of the Federal Republic of UK applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 8.2. If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision. 8.3. The place of performance and jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of our company.
