General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between [company name] (hereinafter we or us) and our customers (hereinafter customer or you) in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. 2. However, you have the option of printing out the contract terms or saving them electronically before sending the order. 3. Prices and payment terms 3.1. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. 3.2. Payment is made at the customer's discretion by advance payment, PayPal, credit card or another payment method offered by us. 4. Delivery 4.1. Data protection 7.1. We only collect and process personal data of the customer within the framework of the statutory provisions. 7.2. The law of the Federal Republic of UK applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 8.2. If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision. 8.3. The place of performance and jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of our company.
